The machine cuts efficiently with 20 double knives and can be equipped with up to 60 knives depending on the feed type. The knives can be adapted to everything from dry hay to wet silage and straw.
FlexiFeeder is available in standard, extended, and straw versions, with options for an integrated feed table and side doors.

ExactFeeder II Bale Chopper with Magazine
ExactFeeder II is a fully automated solution designed for integration into feeding systems. It features a magazine, load cells, PLC control, and internet connectivity. The model provides consistent output and allows grouping by weight. Photo sensors ensure automatic refilling when the chamber is nearly empty.

WheelFeeder Bale Chopper

The machine is operated via a control rod and its own panel. Technical specifications are largely the same as for FlexiFeeder, but with the addition of wheel drive powered by separate electric motors.
Phoenix Multicutter
Phoenix combines mowing and cutting in a single process, preserving the nutritional content of the grass as effectively as possible. The wagon is designed for single-person operation, reducing operating time and fuel consumption.

Use and Maintenance

Serigstad provides a knife template that shows when the knife set should be replaced. When cutting straw or frozen material, additional drive power or welded teeth may be required.
