MaxiFeeder and MaxiMag

MaxiMag and MaxiFeeder reservoir and bale chopper are a response to the development of bigger farms and higher demands for automation, flexibility and capacity. The machine is modular and built either as a magazine or a bale chopper, in lengths up to 14,5 meters and a volume of 43 m³.

ExactFeeder II - Automated bale chopper

The ExactFeeder II bale chopper and reservoir is the second generation of our automated bale chopper, developed on experiences and principles from the well-known FlexiFeeder. The improvements for the ExactFeeder II include sophisticated PLC, internet connection, load cells and a new knife drum capable of holding 60 knives.

FlexiFeeder 

The FlexiFeeder series has been tested, tried, and improved over more than 25 years.

The FlexiFeeder is a simple and reliable round bale cutter that has been on the market for over 25 years. The FlexiFeeder was upgraded in 2013 with features such as improved paint, central lubrication, and the option for telescopic legs.

WheelFeeder

The WheelFeeder is based on the FlexiFeeder round bale cutter, which has been on the market for 25 years, and is now even more flexible thanks to motor-driven wheels.

• Electric Wheel Drive: Swiveling front wheels are powered by electric motors and controlled via a steering rod.
• Flexible Cutting: Standard with 20 double knives, can be upgraded to 60 double knives to accommodate different types of feed.
• Manual Control: Operated via switches on the control panel, with the option to remotely control the bottom belt.

TopFeeder

The TopFeeder conveyor feeding system is a reliable, flexible, and cost-effective distribution and feeding solution. The TopFeeder features a plow for two-sided feeding and can be equipped with a double plow for flexible discharge. The double plow allows for discharge at locations other than the end of the conveyor.

Modular Storage

The storage unit is a standalone solution for the storage and distribution of roughage, which can be used in combination with total mixed ration (TMR) mixers or other systems. The storage unit is modular and can be delivered with up to four center sections, providing a total length of up to 11.5 meters.

Belt conveyor

The belt conveyor is a flexible and modular system for efficient and smooth transport of feed materials. The solution is quiet, reliable, minimizes feed waste, and is easy to maintain.

Gear pumps (GP series)

The GP series is our line of user friendly and reliable gear pumps placed directly into the tank.

Gear pumps (MP Series)

The MP series consists of diaphragm pumps with high delivery capacity and high working pressure, making them well-suited for large machinery such as self-propelled harvesters.

SmartFlow

SmartFlow takes care of the ensiling and frees the user to focus on other tasks. Signals for starting and stopping the pump is obtained from the ISO-system in the tractor. SmartFlow regulates power to the pump to ensure correct amount every time. Integrated components and wireless communication simplifies installation and reliability.

Digital Flowmaster

Digital Flowmaster gives you control of the ensiling when using the GP or the MP series. Different program modes and the use of micro switches makes adding ensiling highly automated.

Front bracket

The front bracket is a practical solution for transporting acid tanks and plastic rolls. The front bracket comes with quick couplings, and with the option for a permanently mounted acid pump, connections are made in a flash.

SafeGuard

A reliable and simple solution to increase safety levels in the feed center of any agricultural building. It restricts access to hazardous areas and triggers an emergency stop if any of the barriers are broken. An external screen is provided for controlling connected machinery in a safe zone.

The AutoFeeder is a fully automated round bale cutter and distribution wagon in one. The track-mounted feed wagon detects when it is empty and retrieves new feed or round bales from the storage or TMR mixer. Precision in feeding and efficient utilization of roughage involves the correct amount of the right type of feed for the right mix for different animal groups. The AutoFeeder is a track-mounted feed wagon specially designed for accurate portioning and even feeding. With high capacity and consistent delivery, it is very well-suited for combination with the ExactFeeder II round bale cutter, MaxiFeeder round bale cutter and shredder, storage, and feeding table, or TMR mixer.
