ExactFeeder II

Automated round bale chopper with integrated feed table

The ExactFeeder II bale chopper and reservoir is the second generation of our automated bale chopper, developed on experiences and principles from the well-known FlexiFeeder. The improvements for the ExactFeeder II include sophisticated PLC, internet connection, load cells and a new knife drum capable of holding 60 knives.

AutoFeeder 

Automated forage distribution wagon with concentrates and prepared for pushing of forage.

AutoFeeder is an fully automated cutter and distributor. The rail-going solution detects when the chamber is empty and refills itself from a reservoir. The machine is also available with container for concentrates.

OneTouch Feeder II 

Automated self-driving chopper

OneTouch Feeder II is a rail-going bale chopper and takes care of feeding according to a pre-programmed feeding routine. Feeding can be started by the press of a button, alternatively at defined times of the day.

MaxiFeeder og MaxiMag 

Modular magazine with the possibility of a high capacity cutter module.

MaxiMag and MaxiFeeder reservoir and bale chopper are a response to the development of bigger farms and higher demands for automation, flexibility and capacity. The machine is modular and built either as a magazine or a bale chopper, in lengths up to 14,5 meters and a volume of 43 m³.

Modular magazine

The Magazine is a free-standing solution for storage and distribution of forage to be used in combination with mixing-wagons or other systems. The magazine is modular with a solid design and can be delivered in lengths from 5,5 meters and a maximum length of 11,5 meters.

TopFeeder

TopFeeder belt feeding system is a reliable, flexible and cost-effective solution for distribution of forage to different groups of livestock and cattle. TopFeeder may be delivered with two-way plow.

Diaphragm pumps

(MP series)

The MP series are diaphragm pumps capable of high capacity and high pressure. It is suitable for use on big machinery, like self-propelled harvesters.

Gear pumps (GP series)

The GP series is our line of user friendly and reliable gear pumps placed directly into the tank.

SmartFlow 

SmartFlow takes care of the ensiling and frees the user to focus on other tasks. Signals for starting and stopping the pump is obtained from the ISO-system in the tractor. SmartFlow regulates power to the pump to ensure correct amount every time. Integrated components and wireless communication simplifies installation and reliability.

Front rack

Our front rack is a practical solution for transporting silage additives and plastic rolls. Quick-release solutions with mounted pump and a range of attachment options makes it easy to use.

SmartLink

SmartLink collects parameters from the tractor, and starts/stops ensiling according to driving pattern.

Digital Flowmaster

Digital Flowmaster gives you control of the ensiling when using the GP or the MP series. Different program modes and the use of micro switches makes adding ensiling highly automated.

Conveyor 600

The Conveyor 600 is a flexible and modular belt conveyor ensuring effective and flexible transportation of forage. The solution is silent, reliable, ensures little waste and is easy to maintain. The conveyor can have vertical modules with angle of 25, 35 and 45 degrees.

SafeGuard

A reliable and simple solution to raise the level of safety around potentially hazardous machinery. The SafeGuard restricts access to danger areas and triggers emergency stop if a barrier is breached. External panel for operation of connected machines from safe zone is available.
